Nellie's Place

The room was spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. Our room do have 2 queen beds and a single bed. Even though theres no breakfast service offered, they do have a third party restaurant that can deliver food in your convenience. We usually get our food delivered at 6:30am because of our early morning tours. They also have purified water so you can refill you water bottles and make your own tea and coffee. The staff were very kind and they made sure all our requests were met. We booked an extra night but later during the planning stage, we figured out that we dont need the extra night so we asked if we can just use the payment that we did for the extra night for our airport pick up and drop off and for the extra person charge since our 4th adult wasn’t part of the original booking that we made. Their airport pick -up and drop off is from a third party as well. The one who picked us from the airport was prompt, very good and very helpful.

The one who was supposed to pick us up from nellies place was very late and the one who we communicated with was very rude (not a hotel staff but from someone from the taxi operator). The hotel staff just gave us the Php350 which was supposed to be for the payment for the taxi.

It’s clean, the rooms are very spacious, budget-friendly, and the staff are very accommodating and approachable.

No restaurant nearby

Stayed here for 1 night before going to port Barton. Close to airport and staff are so friendly and helped us book onward travel. Small little guesthouse but exactly what you need

We booked the trasport to el nido at the reception, after she took our money she forgot to reserve the van for us. After some hours we solved everything…

Following up sa refund ko last time. Im very sorry it was my mistake na overlook ko ang pag book. Mababait ang staff dito si kuya na nag received sa saamin at si ate sa reception.

Property is clean.

Far from restaurants. Not accepting early check in even there is no guest prior to our check in even i inform that i will be arriving early. So i had to leave my baggage and stay at the mall for 4 hrs when i returned there is no electricity i had to wait for 30min to 1hr before i can rest because i will leave early in the morning next day to go to elnido. I also wanted to book for my return as walk in but they insist that i book on fhe website. Ending i booked a diff accomodation which is nearer the airport and much better. Hope you can accomodate early check in of there were no guest prior so that we can rest.
