first upon arrival eventhough there is a confirmation and accepted request for early check in, the room is not yet prepared at all we waited more than 1 hour just to enter our room, 2nd water interruption is consistent every 11am until 6pm there was no water at all and staff did not even told us that there is water interruption everyday, Lastly the staff should be train regarding there job and how to manage properly the work in there, there is no communication between the owner who is accepting the booking and the staff who is in charged to the place who is accepting the guest, and also the microwave it is very dirty.

The water pressure was so low that I could not wash my hands properly on the sink, neither to take a shower (no water at all on the shower). They brought me some hot water in 40 minutes even if the lady said “in 5 min”. If for you 5 min means 30-40 min, Ok… Then the bed was not so clean. This property needs some improvements, if possible, avoid this.

The aircon.

They offered us a free pick up from the airport but we waited for 1,5 hours and they didn’t arrange anything. Even after calling they said they would send someone but we waited for another 25 minutes. We took a taxi after (the owner paid for the taxi what is nice). In the room was no toiletpaper and there was no water. In the morning there was a little drip from the shower, not enough to shower with. Bed linnen was a bit stained.
