"Terrible. Should not be in business the way they treat guests"

They didn’t pick me up from airport as planned. I ended up taking a taxi after waiting an hour. Once I arrived they didn’t even have a room as they had rented out the room I had paid for and booked. They were not even sorry and gave me a horrible first impression of the Phillipines. The owner took me to another place which was a dump and nowhere near where I needed to stay which resulted in me losing money. They should not be in business as they were awful towards me.

Helpful staff Ronalyn, free pick up at the new airport location, spacious bed, drinking water and available mugs, dining area, accessible room location, amenities available

Tricky shower head to put in place. Room could use a more thorough cleaning to give off fresh scent and clean feels

"Room not ready"

Room was not ready despite we have arrived after 4pm. Staff has briefly cleaned the room in rush while we were waiting in the lobby. Not felt clean after that. Aircon not efficient
