Good location, 10 minutes from the airport. The owners are really nice and the room was brand new. Aircon and fun, comfortable bed and hot and chilled drinking water. We had problems during the storm, no electricity for a couple of hours and water for almost a full day but all Puerto princesa was flooded

On the AD there's a free airport shuttle but is not. As soon as you book they'll send you that you need to pay 300P extra

The listing on booking.com was very misleading. The property is not where it shows itself to be on the map, but down a side road that’s dark and not within walking distance of anything. The listing says “a few steps from the airport” which is not true. We had to pay for a local tricycle to take us to the hotel because nobody responded to our request for the “free pick up”. The hotel staff did apologise and offer to pay for our tricycle the following morning which she booked. However, that tricycle never turned up and we were left waiting on the side of the road. There were no staff around at the hotel early morning to help us sort this so we had to walk about a KM to the main road at 5am to try and get a cab. We were lucky! However, it seems the offer airport pick-up to lure bookings but it’s not actually the case. The location is terrible with nothing nearby so we had to pay for tricycles to go to the store, go for food etc.

Arrived at 8pm, nobody was there,ring the bell for 10 min and somebody came,said he have to change our bed sheets(at 8pm...),they didn't clean the room all dirty. They said that there is a free drop off at the airport and they asked for 300 peso. Mant mouskitos in the room, a dog was barking for hours middle of the night. Do yourselves a favor don't stay there.

Nothing,the room what we had was poor and looked nothing like the pics on website.if I could I would have moved and asked for refund

Nothing poor value for money.i will never stay there again
