Good location, friendly staff and good home cooked breakfast made to order. Ample supplies of tea, coffee in room

Only downside was that we chose to eat in the restaurant on the last night. My meal was luke warm and I asked for it to be microwaved which happened but no sign of an apology. My wife had fish which was tasteless and didn’t meet expectations. For that reason alone I have downgraded my review to 8
