Good value , great friendly professional staff . Room was comfortable & well presented.

Although warned about the noise from the property opposite, an even though we were on the opposite side of the building wow, it was loud !

They don't offer breakfast as they don't open till 11am.

There was dust on top of the glasses and kettle just a little eye to detail thing not a deal breaker. No hair dryer

The price was reasonable and the bed was ok. The bathroom was modelled from a 50s style cabin with a sink that was barely useable. You can’t even fill the kettle and good luck brushing teeth without bumping your head.
