Sports Garden Hotel

Don't stay in this hotel on a Friday night (presumably Saturday as well) as the 'pub' over the road runs an extremely loud outdoor rave (sounds like one) until 4àm. The music was that loud that you felt like you were actually there. How the council allows this is beyond belief? I got absolutely no sleep at all and would never stay here again.

Great location. Staff were amazing.

The staff is a solid 10/10 their service and attention was amazing, we were supposed to check out at 10, but because we couldn’t get any sleep due to the loud noise coming from the venue next door, they allowed us to stay until noon. The room is clean and comfortable and it would have been an amazing experience had the noise allowed us to get some sleep.

There’s a venue in front of the hotel that appears to be some sort of night club. They played very loud music until 4am. I didn’t mind the noise until midnight, I know some places even go up to 2am, but when it just kept on going after that, it became unbearable. We had travel for work and had to get some rest, which was basically impossible. The staff however, allowed us to stay until noon, giving us some extra time to rest.
