Great staff and very relaxed

The room we initially booked didn’t have air conditioning, which was an absolute must given the humidity!

Great location. Helpful and kind staff. We got a room with no aircon and the lovely lady changed us to a room with air conditioning for cheaper than it should have been :)

Location is good near La Punta

Dirty bathroom, found lots of ants and a cockroach in our room, we were offered to move rooms but we thought it would be the same issues. Only a fan so it was very hot all the time.

Very overpriced, we stayed over new year and it cost us 10,200 mex pesos for 3 nights. Very basic room, no hot water or AC. Room hot at night. Smoke from smoking area coming in through the window. The booking.com price is misleading as the price quoted doesn’t include the taxes. Felt like a rip off.

It was in a really great location and very cheap! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Air con was great too

The room was quite old and very basic. It was clean ish but definitely did the job for the price

The staff was amazing It a cysts humble hostel without many people and real nice kitchen and hammocks in a common area

We didn’t know that most of the hostels don’t have hot water , the WiFi was terrible unfortunately if u weren’t in the lobby. The was also a day when we ran out of water so we couldn’t use the toilet until someone arrived.
