"Niet naar verwachting. Slecht"

Dat het dicht bij het strand was

Het onbeleefde personeel; toen wij aankwamen lagen er twee personeelsleden op de grond, op hun telefoon. De andere twee stonden bij de receptie. De communicatie was heel slecht en ze waren totaal niet gastvrij. Wij vonden ze onaardig overkomen. De faciliteiten van het hotel waren ook niet goed. Het dekentje (geen schoon laken) was bedoeld voor 1 persoon en wij moesten hier met z’n tweeen onder liggen. Bovendien werkte de kraan niet. Er kwam geen water uit. Ook waren er veel apen die ons aanvielen. Wij voelde ons hierdoor erg onveilig.

Like the room. Very spacious. The location very near with Selong Belanak Beach. Staffs were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good but not much variant.

Make the breakfast vary like cereal, porridge or pancake.
