Hotel location is in a residential area in Khulna, there is no midnight restaurant and shopping facilities nearby.

Very neat and clean. Breakfast and other food supply was not very good. The staff was quite friendly. prise could be a little less.

The facility was in a residential building in a secured residential area. So, the place is quiet. The staffs were helpful and well behaved. The rooms were good compared to what we saw on the website. The toiletries provided inside the bath room was also good. We also got a parking for our car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The bed was a double bed and one big blanket was provided. As friends/colleagues may go there, they should've single person size blankets in store. There should be one more chair in the room. The main table is quite narrow. The slippers provided inside the room should be of better quality. The internet speed was poor and should be improved. The hotel authority buys breakfast from outside restaurant. Instead, they should provide breakfast made inhouse and in a mini buffet fashion. If these parts are taken care of, the facility will be excellent.

Extremely friendly and gracious staff and very comfortable room.

This isn’t a hotel. It’s 4 en-suite rooms located in two adjacent apartments in a residential building. Entry to the apartments are by ringing a doorbell which everyone hears (access to room is by individual keycard though).

The staff were very polite and welcoming. They worked hard to make the stay comfortable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

With a shower cabin in the bathroom could have been better. And little more noise cancellation would be nice especially when other guests open the door.
