Breakfast was good. The location was also very good.

Your system of not giving tea/ coffee in the room is not a good decision.

The entrance was through someone’s garage which felt a little odd. No on site food or drink other than breakfast. The breakfast came as three slices of bread on a plate, with butter, a chocolate muffin, fried egg, and some orange jelly. Coffee was instant that I had to go and find myself. Bed was very uncomfortably firm.

The room was spacious. Everything clean. Good continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet residential zone but near to the bus station.

Jatra Flagship Khulna is a great hotel to stay in. It's located in an amazingly convenient spot, right next to Sonandanga Bus Station (maybe a 5 minute walk). It was a great jumping off point to Bagerhat and the Sunderbans. The facilities were amazing, very clean and comfortable, and the AC was strong and welcome relief to the heat outside. The staff were easy to communicate with, and very accommodating and helpful.

This is an excellent Hotel facility, very competitive & polite staff. Variety in Breakfast needs improvement. Fresh Juices, cut Fruits, Toast, variety of Breads etc

We found this hotel very comfortable, clean, quiet with good facilities. The staff was very friendly. We had a large room with a good view. From this hotel one can easily walk to the city attractions.

Located in a quiet street and neighbourhood, this is a wonderful place. Firstly the host is so friendly and helpful! Secondly, the rooms are modern, well equipped, comfortable and clean. The bed is super comfortable. It felt like we were staying in a "best kept secret" hotel, and we really had a great time there. Ah, and breakfast was yummy!

At first it can be surprising as this place is not really a hotel. It is on the 4th floor of a building. Access to it is not obvious. Have a pic of the building it is helpful.
