Jatra Flagship Khulna City Centre

Rooms at Jatra Flagship Khulna were fairly comfortable. The service was A+ and the hotel manager was trying really hard to please, which is what matters to me. He acted as both hotel manager and concierge. He prepared and served all the food himself. He helped me book cars, tuktuks, tours, and transport services. He brought me cokes from outside the hotel. He helped investigate the power outages himself personally.

1) No hot water in the shower, only lukewarm. 2) Numerous power outages, for 1-10 minutes each. Annoying and disruptive to productivity. 3) The hotel doesn’t have a proper entrance. You have to enter through the garage, which requires calling the hotel manager. 4) Laundry service was slow. I dropped mine off on Thursday and still did not have it by Sunday evening.

Lovely rooms and friendly staff

This is not a traditional hotel and is simply rooms in a residential block with no reception or even a sign outside! To access you must contact the staff and meet them but this isn't made clear in advance.

hard to find. it was in an apartment building

Quiet, very clean, good A/C, friendly front desk, good breakfast. It's a small hotel located on a couple of floors in an apartment block.

No sign out front. Just go to the Google location and ask any of the parking guards on the street.

Apartment was so clean and Mr. Naim from the hotel was so good and cooperative. I got a good deal from booking.com

Good room. great bed. Very helpful owner even got up at 06 am to bring me to a rickshaw for the railwaystation. Excellent location 10 minutes walk from busstation and 20 minutes walk from railwaystation. Totally recommended

No tea making facilities in room but tea is avalable in breakfastroom open all day.
