I like the staff, the decor, amenities and the concept of having a hotel amid an apartment house; a great little bnb concept indeed. The parking was free. The place is in the heart of Khulna city.

I went there on a monsoon day when it was pouring. The area of the facility can be inundated after a heavy shower. And as it is bit inside of a residential area, not many options of convenience shops around.

The bed/shower are very comfortable and it is in a convenient location. The staff could not be friendlier or more welcoming.

There is an issue with the door lock so the staff have to let you in. They were incredibly nice and welcoming about it but I felt bad making them wait for me or need to communicate with me about coming/going. Please fix this!

Breakfast was good.location is very nice and natural and quiet and safe. Stuff Mr Pappu very helpful and provided great hospitality. Service is good. Room is clean and will Decoration. Recommended jatra

Nice big clean room, slightly out of the main town in a quiet area. Reasonable value for money. Near the bus station.

We asked to stay at the property for an additional night if they could match the same rate we’d paid for our other 2 nights, what seemed like a fair request however they were unable to do this and kept telling us to book online (more expensive). It took us many times of asking to find out they couldn’t do it direct, or didn’t want to. This was quite petty, especially as most of the rooms were empty. In the end we just moved somewhere else which was better value for money and nearer the town.

Location is very good. Room is well decorated. Washroom is so big . Breakfast is good. Stuff Very friendly. Specially Mr Pappu hasan very helpful person & amp; behaviour is great. Everything is good I am highly recommend jatra
