Hotel Crown

The rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient to access shuttles, restaurants and ski shops. The convenient ski room included a boot warmer wall.

Not much not to like.

Our room and the view was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!

Hotel Crown was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The ski storage room and bus to the lift were very nice amenities to make skiing access easy. Breakfast was convenient and the dining area also doubled as a nice place to have a drink or read while waiting for your room to be ready or waiting to depart.

Location was perfect distance from mountains and restaurants. Margarita was exceptionally helpful with recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and how to access the ski mountains by foot and train.

The room was fantastic and great for a family of 4 ( two small children). The staff were excellent too.

The restaurant was closed in the evenings during our stay and this would have been a help.

Staff was overall nice. Facilities spacious and elegant. Good breakfast.

Room was advertised for a large size bed: reality was that there were 2 mattresses next to another (staff told us this was the case for all rooms). Wifi was advertised: it is in fact extremely slow and does not operate on evenings and at night. Lastly, sauna or fitness need to be paid on top (for a pretty high fee). Given the price of the rooms, one can expect this to be included in the room rate (especially given the small size of both).
