WILLIAM Congress&Wellness Mountain HOTEL ****

Breakfasts - there was plenty of food to choose from. Location was great - very close to Velka Destna mountain. The hotel is situated in the town center but the surround is very calm. The hotel is equipped with modern furniture. Everything was clean. Wellness is included in the price.

Not enough space for wet towels and swimsuit. Paid parking place

Very beautiful hotel in nice, peaceful location. Very good spa and service.

Huge problem with availability of hot water in the bathroom. The water was barely warm.

The functionality of the rooms and that they were clean and everything was working. We loved the balcony in one of the rooms and the view in the other. We also loved the wellness area, which was very clean.

Our bathroom door was very heavy and on self closing device so we could not keep it open. Also the bathroom in restaurant did not have the soap.

water in jacuzzi smell bad, rooms not so clean, no shower small bath instead, service have not prepared single bad for third person, room very small for three persons, toilet hatch broken reason of the bad smell in the rooms probably, heat not changeable, Pool open only till 21:00

The place is clean and quiet, wellness is sufficient and included in the price. Bathrobes, sheets for spa can be found in the room, the view is lovely. Even if someone is making noise, you don't hear much, so the rooms are quite soundproof, which is great when one has a baby :) The hotel looks a bit "empty" with just a couple of people as stuff, probably because of covid consequences influencing the industry.

Breakfast at 8 is too late for us, we are used to have it at 7 at all places where we go. Don't understand paying for parking at the property:I could understand if it was for external guests willing to use the spa, but not for those who paid for the stay already. But we were informed in advance, so we're okay with it.
