"Great experience and value"

Medical spa / wellness center with pool and saunas is absolutely gorgeous, the swimming pool on the 2nd floor is Olympic size and such a treat! What made our stay extra special was the wonderful staff: all the nurses, spa personnel Nada, Mirka, Jana, Tomas and Ludek and receptionist Jana. Our special thanks to the chef Max in the main restaurant, who’s food we’ve really enjoyed (salmon was out of this world and calamari super delicious). Buffet style for breakfast and lunch is great, offered a good variety. We only wish that dinner (or what they call in the hotel “supper”) would be prepared per order as opposed to buffet style. Overall, great experience and value!!!

"Great hotel!"

Recently refurbished hotel gives it a new modern feel. Very clean and welcoming rooms, great tasty breakfast and really friendly staff. Certainly a hotel that I will return to if I visit Karlovy Vary again.

I think, this was one of the best experience I ever had in hotels. Fantastic staff, truly interested to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Nothing was a problem to provide. And thats what I value the most of this place. The people! Hotel itself and room is really beautiful and Spa is FANTASTIC! Actually all in this place was highly better then expected. And that is, what will always make me stay there, when visiting Karlovy Vary again. As well Location is absolutely perfect, still in quite corner of the street. Wish everyone the same experience. Thanks Ulrika for unforgettable stay.
