This is at best a 1 star hotel. It is not maintained and in poor condition. The air con does not work. The swimming pool is in neglect. My son cut his foot in a loose tile in the bottom of the pool. The food is poor quality. The drinks are ok with the beer the best. Cocktails are badly mixed and barely resemble what they are supposed to be. This locks on doors don’t work, plugs are exposing bare wires and doors are loose and badly fitting. The hotel is desperately in need of upgrading. Staff are polite and do their best but even they keep apologising for how bad the services are. Avoid at all costs. Also…booked through TUi but when we complained to TUi they simply washed their hands and said it was booked through a third party and nothing they could do. Shame on TUi for putting their name to a very poor hotel.

Air con does NOT work despite man coming to fix it , receptionist was aware it may not work , offered to change room but couldn’t guarantee it would work there either . Bar area by restaurant shuts too early , this could be a quiet chill area for adults who do not want to listen to the children’s entertainment & loud music . Great place for card games etc . Reception seem very stressed over air con and are bluntly honest it doesn’t work and made an attempt to move us two days after multiple visits . But we gave up as each time we went to ask when it would be it was a different day . They did give us another fan tho. Was fed up with the stress of it ! Seemed like multiple excuses ! Ok good points .. we loved the chefs and restaurant staff work so hard always polite and friendly , really enjoyed food selection and each day there was something new altho there was a lot of pork dishes . We found to be really clean and well organised and topped up . Pool bar staff were really hardworking but always cheery. Drinks were great esp the no. Alcohol mojito!!! Loved the fruit selection . We used the beach coves every day and found them a real treat as we had no children and preferred the peace and quiet down there , loads to see and no stress over beds . Thanks for letting us fill water bottles up to take with us . One suggestion would be please rake up the rubbish esp cigarette butts as it’s not nice for non smokers . Room basic and clean & quiet no complaints . We really enjoyed our stay and a shout out to the spa.. we had an incredible full body therapeutic massage 5*****! Going home relaxed No issues getting taxis either . Would stay again but plz sort amaircon !!!

Acceptable hotel - let down by crumbling infrastructure. eg the air-condition failed after 2 hours - never got fixed in next 5 days. The pool is possibly cleaned once a week -after 4 days the pool was near opaque ( there was no sign of a working filtering plant ). The wash basin in the bathroom had a a big crack right in the middle. Location is awkward - away from any town with limited transport. There is a rocky coast with jagged rocky outcrops next to the hotel (dangerous place to be in sea - easy to get cut by sharp rocks or slip on rocks due to waves) . The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo - about 1.5 mikes away. The catering service was reasonable. The staff were good- efficient and hard working.

Why to start arrived 12th August for 1 week myself,husband sister and sister in law so we had 3 rooms.Rooms are big and so is bathroom clean but in need of refurbishment,air con unit above wardrobe you have to pay 10 euros for the control waste of time it doesn't work my husband went to reception for another control because the one we had the batteries were corroded new one didn't work either back to reception we will send engineer still waiting however there is a ceiling fan so we made use of that.Food is Luke warm and OK if you like pork,what is absolutely ridiculous is they have one 8 slice toaster in the restaurant takes 10 times to toast anything that's after waiting in a queue to put your bread in for a hotel that size is ridiculous.You are better off going to catch the bus if you want to get anywhere impossible to get a taxi we found the staff to be rude as well as its like they don't want to be there terrible customer service especially the bar manager at night he was extremely very rude to my sister when she went to the bar at 10.55 last orders is 11 you are only allowed 2 drinks per person fine never had an issue with that however in front of my sister were a husband and wife who were allowed 3 drinks each the bar manager said to my sister no more drinks you've got enough on the table there was 4 of us I am 70 my husband 69 my sister 63 sister in law 70 so not the kind of people how cause problems with drink just wanted a couple of drinks while sitting talking behind my sister 2 men probably in their 30s got 2 drinks ech no issues with the manager then to recap I know this is a long review but I urge you to read it if you are thinking of booking .

Dostaliśmy pokój z nie dzialającą klimatyzacją i pomimo codziennych pytań w recepcji kiedy zacznie działać nikt nie zrobił niczego aby dało się normalnie spać przy zamkniętych oknach. Czekali aż skończy nam się pobyt i problem zniknie, no i doczekali się. W restauracji muchy są tak namolne że człowiek zastanawia się czy zejście na posiłek ma sens. Chodzą po talerzach, wchodzą do ust, nosa... nie jedna czy dwie a klikadziesiat.

La posizione, anche se spiaggia rocciosa e l'entrata in mare abbastanza difficoltosa, acqua cristallina e pesci colorati visibili ad occhio nudo. Cucina più che sufficiente ma molto ripetitiva, comunque si trova sempre qualcosa tra carne e pesce.

Hotel datato però camere spaziose e pulite. Servizio spiaggia pessimo, 99% dei lettini sfondati e mai un addetto che pulisca o metta in ordini gli stessi. Ci sono vari cartelli che indicano che l'utilizzo dei lettini è unicamente per gli ospiti dell'hotel ma alla fine tutti ne usufruiscono, dunque controlli zero. La cassaforte a pagamento più ulteriore cauzione, da non credere. Inoltre il pagamento per il cambio teli male.

As this is a 3-star hotel, expectations should be managed accordingly. I have rated it 1 star due to several significant issues experienced during my stay. Air Conditioning: The room had an A/C unit that did not work. Despite this, the hotel requires a €10 deposit for the remote control (refunded at checkout), even though they are aware the system is non-functional. In hot weather, the ceiling fan and stand-up fan provided are insufficient, making the room feel uncomfortably warm. Reception confirmed they could not assist further as the hotel was fully booked. WiFi: Connectivity was very poor and unreliable. I recommend using personal mobile data/roaming instead. Restaurant: Food quality was inconsistent. Some meals were enjoyable, while others (particularly pork chops on the bone) were frequently undercooked. Poolside Bar: Advertised as open until midnight, but note that after 11pm, drinks are chargeable (despite hotel information suggesting otherwise). Facilities: Sunbeds by the pool are generally available if you arrive at a reasonable time, but access at the beach area is limited, as many are reserved early in the morning. Location: The hotel is very isolated with no walkable surroundings. A car is essential to get anywhere outside the property.

Wow wow wow… what an experience for the price we paid. We have done 5 star holidays but this was a 3 star. However, it was one of the best holidays we have done. The entertainment team, led by Antoine, was superb Antone was just amazing, Even though he was injured but he did his best to entertain everyone. His team consisted of Johnathon, Paula, Didi and Leo were brilliant in the animation/entertainment team. Views were terrific. We had a Balcony room with sea views and it was breathtaking. Hope when you visit, you get to do foam party and get to see Flamingo (Spanish) Dance. Please have your expectations low as you are visiting a 3 star not a 5 star only then you can have a great time. I am only saying in terms of decor, rest you will love it. Enjoy Nik

I’ll be honest – after reading some mixed reviews before booking, I was a little sceptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised and ended up thoroughly enjoying my stay. The staff really made a difference – every single person we encountered was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The reception team were lovely, and a special mention has to go to Leo from the entertainment team – he was absolutely fantastic with the children and kept them entertained from start to finish. Also, I have to give a shoutout to one of the bartenders at the pool bar (a smaller guy whose name I didn’t catch) – hands down the best drinks we had during our stay! Food at the hotel was very nice with a good selection at mealtimes. The only area that could be improved is the dessert section, as there wasn’t a huge variety, but overall we were satisfied. The rooms were comfortable and had ceiling fans as standard, which helped, but they don’t come with free air conditioning. You can, however, pay €10 to rent a remote to use the air con, which is worth it if you struggle with the heat. A top tip for anyone staying here: grab a sun lounger under the pergola by the pool – it’s a perfect spot with no wind and makes for a relaxing afternoon. The location was also a plus. It’s just a short 12-minute walk to shops and the nearest bus stop. The buses run twice an hour (quarter past and quarter to) and will take you straight to the Rubicón Marina, which is lovely to visit – especially on market days, Wednesday and Saturday. If I had one critique, it would be the beds. They were extremely hard and a bit springy, which wasn’t the most comfortable. Overall though, you really do get what you pay for. With the great staff, nice food, good facilities, and a fun atmosphere, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
