This was our second visit to this hotel. We chose it because it is out of the way and generally has a quieter clientele and surroundings. Yes, it is dated, but it is clean and tidy. If you want modern, pay extra and go somewhere else. The reception staff are lovely and helpful as are the cleaners and restaurant staff. Just smile, say ola, and be a decent person. It's not hard.

PLEASE IF YOU ARE ENGLISH DO NOT GO HERE.! I have just been here with my partner and 2 children. It isn’t what it looks. The hotel is miles away from everything the nearest shop is 20 mins to walk too there’s absolutely nothing to do in the hotel it’s like a ghost town nothing for kids. They don’t play music by the pool it’s silent. The private beach is on like cliff edges so isn’t safe to sit on with your kids either. It’s also full of stones and rocks I wouldn’t even call it a beach to be honest. We paid for a family sized sea view room and that isn’t what we got the rooms are very dated and we could only partially see the sea over a roof top! The showers when turned on full are like a lightly running kitchen tap couldn’t wait get home and have a proper shower! They also placed me on the 2nd floor with only 1 lift in the full building that was out of order so ye I had to carry my buggy and baby up and down 3 flights of stairs! The hotel reception and staff are rude they are EXTREMELY anti English! All the entertainment which is a load of rubbish anyway but ye it’s all in French and German as this place is riffed with them The all inclusive people saying there’s loads of choice no their isn’t it’s constantly fish dishes and me personally I’m not a seafood person. They’rs no option for children like nuggets pizza there is none of that so be prepared if your taking your kids here. Also be prepared to be spoken about and stared at by all the Germans why your eating your dinner in the all inclusive. Also when you go on holiday there is supposed to be cleaners. Well I seen them once and when they did go in they complained to reception that our room was a mess which it was abit untidy as we are on holiday but I’m not no scruff like they made out as when I got back to my room They’d been in and put a sealed envelope on the table. When I opened it it was a letter stating that if we didn’t clean our room we would be asked to leave the hotel! Not being funny but I’m on holiday having a break I’m not there to clean up! I absolutely hated it here and actually glad to be back in England! Worst holiday I’ve ever been on. It’s Upto you if you want to listen but I seen a few bad reviews before I went and I didn’t listen and still went and now I regret it it was a waste of money! Although Lanzarote wow what a beautiful place but this hotel DEFINATELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

2/5 Hotel I want to start off saying this hotel was actually okay, no building issues. Far from airport but that was fine. Pool was good. Drinks were flowing and tasted really good. Animation team were great. Now for the down fall… Prior to arriving I am gluten free and very worried as this was my first holiday as a celiac. I emailed the hotel to make them aware over 1 month before attending. I was told to make reception aware when checking in. Arriving at 10:30pm Staff were very friendly and helpful after along day of travelling. We made the reception aware that I was gluten free when checking in and they had no prior knowledge of this. I explained that I had emailed and they said sorry this was not passed on. Next they Let us drop out suit cases of into room and came back to be shown down to the restaurant. a meal was left out and pre prepared for us as we missed dinner. This would have been fine if I did not have dietary requirements. Went for breakfast and reception explained to me that I had to tell someone within the restaurant and they would give me some GF options. I did and they then passed it on to another member of staff. I received a frozen roll (which I didn’t know what to do with lol). I had eggs and fruit. - totally fine with me. My mum who isn’t GF explained the breakfast was fine and good options. Lunch - we brought some snacks in the suitcase which means we didn’t go for much. Dinner- this is where it got bad. (MOHAMED) in the restaurant was the most vile, horrible person we have ever came across. The absolute cheek and utter disrespect he gave us was a joke. I came into the restaurant again explaining I was a celiac need GF products, this was passed to MOHAMED he came over. Looked at us and said “what now” shrugging his shoulders and putting his hands up. Again explaining to him which resulting in “what do you want then?”. Good questions, what I want is to eat! Which I said this to him. He then walked away and shouted follow, I did slowly. Shouting things were gluten free and which wasn’t. He then proceeded to tell me the pasta was GF which I questioned. Then the chef came over and said it wasn’t - sums up this whole experience There is no confidence in this hotel that they have food which are GF, poor poor quality. DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE DIETARY NEEDS!⚠️

4 friends just returned for a week stay! Certainly 3 star hotel however we had a great time with great customer service! It is on the cheaper side for a holiday for a reason, average all inclusive food but always something to eat, dated rooms but spacious and regularly cleaned to a high standard (including the balcony which most do not include in their daily clean), we paid a deposit for the aircon, as all the reviews say, it doesn’t work so don’t waste your time, open the windows and you feel a breeze! Poolside Bar is open until midnight but after 11pm, drinks are chargeable which I feel is slightly unfair. We had drunk neighbours arguing causing the first night of the holiday to be horrific, however the Managing director, Marlen, was absolutely superb and I cannot fault the level of customer service we received from her. Constantly checking in to see if we were okay and if she could help with anything. And finally, a 5 star for Leo from the animation team! The only rep who seemed to have any time for English! Keeping our two ‘man children’ entertained at all times!! The location is stunning with a private beach & coves! If your expectations are for 3 stars, I highly recommend this hotel!

I could write a book about my experience here but 2 words sums it up DONT GO Terrible hotel Rude staff especially Frisan at the bar! Out of the way I’m not easily pleased but my goodness this is a nightmare I’ll add a couple of photos Hotel dirty!!

Very nice complex, beautiful location, kind and professional staff, good food, various events organised every evening, lovely pool area.

Air condition didn’t work in our room, mattress not very comfortable, drinks for all inclusive guests in „budget version”.

This hotel is advertised as a 3 star hotel. It’s not saying it’s a 4 star when it should be a 3 - it’s being honest & saying it’s a 3 star so if you’re looking to have 4 or 5 star standards you will not get them staying in this hotel. I feel that some of the reviews on here are quite unfair because the areas people are moaning about are what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. I have just come back from a really enjoyable stay at the hotel for the last week of the summer holidays. The location is absolutely stunning. The hotel is right on a coastal path with perfect sea views. If you enjoy walking this is ideal for you. It’s around a 30 minute walk into the start of Playa Blanca. 50 minute walk to the main beach in Playa Blanca & 1 hour 10 minute walk to the stunning marina. If you don’t enjoy walking the bus stop is a 10 minute walk away at Faro Park & the run at quarter past the hour & quarter to the hour. You can order a taxi from reception but there’s usually around 20-30 minute wait. After reading the previous reviews I knew to ask for the air con controller from reception. We did this on arrival but unfortunately the air con in our room wasn’t working & no hurry to get it fixed. The room wasn’t too bad though - there’s a ceiling fan & we kept the curtains closed to keep the room cool. The rooms & the rest of the hotel are a bit tired & dated but very spacious & clean. Totally up to a 3 star standard. The staff & animation team were pleasant enough. They weren’t rude in anyway but also not falling over themselves to be overly nice which I feel I quite common anywhere you stay abroad now. The food is 3 star all inclusive food standard. Always something to eat but not the tastiest but to be expected for an all inclusive buffet. We have thoroughly enjoyed the holiday mainly because it’s such a stunning resort. Probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again now that we know the area as would prefer to go self catering to make the most of the lovely restaurants in the resort.
