So where to start. Outdated hotel falling apart floor and bar staff working 6 to 7 days a week but do there best to keep smiling reception staff rude and look for excuses. Watch chefs handling raw meats with gloves on the come over to drinks machine with gloves on and touch glasses and drinks machine complained to reception to me where to go in a polite way 😀 lift is rusty and looks un safe to use. Toasting machine that takes over 10 minutes to brown 1 side food repetitive and Luke warm and poor. Not much in the way of entertainment pool area loose tiles and broken sunbeds no fridge in your room all in all just an absolute disgrace of a place. Better places for the same money.

Los amabilidad del personal, la ubicación, las comidas buenas y variadas, la animación en la piscina. Relación calidad-precio bastante bien. Especial mención a Massimo y Mohamed, que son unos fenómenos.

Las habitaciones son muy antiguas, necesitan una reforma bien pronto. Las camas no son muy cómodas. La tele no funcionaba bien, el mando no respondía. Un poco cutre lo de pedir un depósito para el mando del aire acondicionado.

Las vistas desde la habitacion

Está muy a desmano de la vida social. Las habitaciones tienen muy poca seguridad y están antiguas. Para poder tener aire acondicionado había que dejar una fianza y la animación del hotel es una kaka. Menos mal que allí nos juntamos unos cuantos españoles que hicimos la estancia más amena.

My family of 4 have just returned from a weeks holiday. The hotel is in desperate need of modernising and refreshing. The whole place seems very tired. The rooms have no fridge or kettle, some floor tiles are chipped and shower head was hanging off the wall. The food was ok, there just wasn’t much to choose from. None of the cocktails were very nice at all so not a great choice of drink either. The location of the hotel is great. Right on the beach front and a nice walk into playa blanca. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay a €10 deposit per pool towel and €10 deposit for the air con controller, I feel this should be included. The staff were pleasant enough, some of the entertainment team or restaurant staff don’t seem to bother with you if you’re English. The only member of the entertainment team that deserves a huge shoutout is Leo. Lovely guy and very good with our children.

Please dont let the negative reviews put you off some of the negative comments are a joke. We have had a great week away the view from our room was outstanding the room was very clean and beds changed 3/4 times during our week stay people moaning about the AC wasn't even needed as the rooms also have ceiling fans. There is plenty of choice of food and the food was lovely im a fussy eater and enjoyed every meal. The entertainment staff are amazing . The lifeguards are none stop tidying around the pool and keeping things tidy. The private beach is also amazing. We would 100% come back yes a few things may need updating and a touch up with abit Paint but its a beautiful hotel. We walked into playa blanca a number of times which is a beautiful walk along the beach front with stunning views. Yes theres a que at night in the pool bar but its a very busy time and the staff are trying really hard to keep up

En realidad las únicas dos cosas que nos gustaron fueron las vistas del poolbar y la comida. De hecho, la comida estuvo espectacular cada día que estuvimos allí, tienen un gran equipo de cocina.

Todo, absolutamente todo bastante descuidado, empezando por la atención del personal de recepción y terminando por las necesarias reformas del hotel. Resumiendo, tras estar 3 días de 6 en una habitación sin aire acondicionado y habiendo ido a la recepción en más de 7 ocasiones para buscar soluciones, no obtuvimos más respuesta por parte del hotel que largas, que no pueden hacer nada, ni compensaciones, ni información alguna y en el tercer día un cambio de habitación a una con aire y más espaciosa, mediando contestaciones prepotentes, fuera de contexto y que sobra decir que nos amargaron los pocos días de vacaciones que tuvimos.

La poca limpieza que había, el servicio no era “express”. Tardaron en ponerme gel y champu 3 días.
