Great location, 5 mins walk away to the Tianmen mountain starting point in Zhangjiajie. Lovely big room that had absolutely everything we needed and at a great value for money. Highly recommend if staying in Zhangjiajie.

"Perfect place to stay for visiting Tianmen Mountains"

Perfect place to stay for visiting Tianmen Mountains and the Heaven Gate. Walking distance to the Ticket Office, 20 minutes with DiDi from the airport, lots of traditional restaurants nearby. Large and comfortable room, clear bathroom, diversified breakfast. Really recommended.

It’s one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in: everything is of the highest standards possible. The design of the room and furniture deserves an international award. The breakfast is amazing. The reception staff are very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect too. We will come again on 24. February

The location is good. Just within 5 mins walk to cableway. There are many restaurants just next to the hotel, you can enjoy the local food with various price range. The hotel staff are helpful, I called to hotel info them I have to late check in at 9pm and they were ok. All drink set in the room refrigerator are FREE. There are FREE late supper （congee and mantou bread) at restaurant 21:30-23:00. Breakfast in hotel around CNY43, if your package not included hotel breakfast. I chose to get some local noodles nearby. Last but not least, the WiFi is in good speed. It is stable enough to support me to have a whole day web meeting within my stay.

If I must say some disadvantage point, the room still have smell of smoking by previous customers. But to be honest, it happened in most of the hotels in China which are not 5 stars hotel. Hotel have notice of smoke free but most people just ignore it. If you really cannot accept the smell, just ask hotel staff to rearrange another available room. They can help.
