Nice location. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Extra amenities in the room.

The bathrobes which are individually wrapped are NOT FREE despite being told “everything in the room is free” eg drinks etc. The notice is in Chinese “You must pay to take home”, so English speakers may not realise.

The location of the hotel is the best, walk only 5 mins to the cable station to go to Tien Men Shan Mountain. The room is super excellent, big and clean, good design, sound proof, great bed, two big pillows.

Sadly to say, the smell of cigarette from the air con or from other rooms (some how too difficult to control - we understood so we didn't complain)

Conveniently located just a walk from the Tianmen cable car terminal. The room was spotless, comfortable and practical, surprisingly full of convenience items like USB outlets, toiletries. Breakfast buffet was another surprise: although aimed at mainland Chinese visitors, there were ample international choices. Complimentary baggage storage for up to 12 hours after checkout meant that I could go exploring with my luggage securely held.

The elevators seemed a bit slow, and definitely weren’t up to the same standard of repair and cleanliness as the rest of the hotel.
