Green Tree Hotel

Location was good as within town centre

Room was very basic and very dated, fair enough the furniture was old but the mattress was pathetic could feel every spring. Could hear noise from the room above with creaking floorboards. When arriving at the property I wasn’t told of any restaurant or available food, so dined elsewhere. Breakfast is at 08:00 which is rather late for early risers. As a regular stayer in the border towns I won’t be stopping here again.

The location was great for our needs.

The shower in room 3 was absolutely awful, it didn't stay on the wall, the pressure was very poor too. The toilet flush was an absolute nightmare, and took forever to flush and refill. Bathroom door lock was also missing.

In the centre of town, large room and large ensuite. Comfortable bed, nice breakfast

Very little wardrobe space. Traffic noise in the bedroom was bad, though there's not much can be done with that.

Breakfast was great,all produce of the highest quality.The evening meals were tremendous too but sometimes I should have asked for a small portion

Think the bedrooms possibly need updating

Central location and the breakfast was excellent

The bed was a small double and not very comfortable.

We love going there

It could do with some tlc.
