The Foxglove by Innkeeper's Collection

We arrived at10 pm to be told the room was cancelled and we didn’t have anywhere else to go we tried to call the number as it said we will be given accommodation and there was no one to speak to , I expect a full refund

Our room was cancelled due to plumbing and nothing else was offered to us at 10 pm we didn’t find new accommodation untill 11 15 pm , very disappointing

Quiet and friendly staff

Location was good for attending a family wedding

I asked for an accessible room which was no different to any of the other rooms we have stayed in at The Foxglove apart from we our room was closet to the entrance, would have liked a wet room as my husband following a stroke could not use the shower and no aids to help him off the toilet and there was only 1 disabled parking near by and a car was in it with no blue badge, but we were told to take up two parking spaces which helped
