Very comfortable mattress, good spa facilities.

Evening meal was expensive for what it was

Staff at reception I found were rude and not very helpful. Paid £174 for one night and WiFi wouldn't even work properly just kept disconnecting told member of staff and they didn't seem bothered at all or try to help the situation. Will not be staying there again

​Accommodations & Grounds: Spacious rooms and high general cleanliness. The property features well-maintained spa facilities and pleasant surrounding greenery.

Despite outdoor temperatures of 13°C during the day and approximately 10°C at night, the rooms had no heating due to a rigid "summer policy." Both the swimming pool and the changing rooms were uncomfortably cold, which is unacceptable for a spa hotel. ​The breakfast was basic and poorly presented. Additionally, the children's playroom was closed on Saturday at 1:00 PM.

I was at a function at Woodbury Park, so it was ectremely convenient...

I asked at Reception for a double bed and they said I had one, only to find it was a twin room. The single beds were extremely narrow and therefore not comfortable to sleep on. Also, I had an inward facing room and the air conditioning didnt work very well, so was very hot - all in all, not great value for money!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating

My only criticism is the pool was a bit cold. But that’s personal preference!
