Food was nice !! Cleanliness disgusting

Inattentive staff reception not manned. Ended up phoning the hotel from reception to get served Room - power socket detached from the wall - clear hazard no plug in bathroom sink Only terrestial TV available floor nail sticking out of the floor through the carpet -clear hazard Dining room had large cobwebs all around the room showing a lack of cleaning over a protracted period Breakfast buffet self service food was luke warm

Location was great for what we were doing, staff were really nice & friendly- easy to talk to.

I spoke to staff on the phone before booking & was told my room would have a double bed unless requested. I did fill this out on my booking notes & arrived to 2 single beds.

Lovely hotel in a central location. The owners & staff were amazing. The hotel is extremely well presented & maintained & the whole hotel is decorated to a very high standard. Absolutely delicious breakfast. Thanks to Andrea, Tony & Jake for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

Personalised service to meet my husband's special dietary requirements. We have stayed before and they remembered us and we also got upgraded.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The staff were brilliant as they obliged a large group of us by starting breakfast earlier than scheduled as we were attending a dog show.

The bathroom was a bit shabby,the water in the sink was slow to drain but didn't cause us any real issues. I appreciated it being dog friendly, but £15 each was a bit too expensive as nothing special was provided for them.
