"A lovely country get away in a historical village with much charm"

We had a lovely time at The Swan hotel. It’s a charming place with lots of history and Lavenham is a beautiful village to stroll around. Staff were friendly and attentive and we had a nice meal at the restaurant. Thank you x

Our room was a bit noisy with some kind of fan going on and off and the kitchen may have been below us so we did hear some noise there also.

We love everything about the Swan.

Was not the best room this time. Room 9 (cannum room) we questioned whether this was the upgraded room we paid for as bathroom was very small and doorway ( being under the stairs) both not comfortable for my over six foot husband. We expected something slightly more luxurious (especially the bathroom) there was chipped paint on the wardrobe, the room looked a little tired. Martin and Susan Bainbridge
