"Winter wonderland stay"

Great location. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful . We took our dog with us and he was very spoilt

we loved everything I did however feel very sorry for the staff as some guests were very rude which was completely un called for

Dan, Freddie and all staff were really helpful and friendly. Spa facilities were great. Rooms and hotel lovely. The food was tasty and well presented. The breakfast was outstanding.

There were long waits for evening meals. There did not seem to be enough staff on. All available staff were working to full capacity though. I would suggest you stagger the bookings and staff communicate about potential long waits.
