Wonderful location, excellent breakfast, dogs welcome. Pillows were amazing

Room was so hot, unable to turn down radiators. Few items on main menu unavailable

For the price this was a really excellent deal, B & B for two people in a lovely quite, friendly pub/hotel. Good breakfast range, traditional and modern available - room was good size

Bed was on the smaller double size, no chair in room to sit on which can be nice if you dont like lying in bed all the time

Friendly helpful staff. Good location for the town and surrounding area. Cragside well worth a visit. Live band entertainment on the Saturday evening of stay. Food was very good - nothing was too much trouble despite not having booked.

Nothing this is the worst pub and hotel in Rothbury rooms aren’t clean at all also green light in your room which keeps you awake all night never again

Everything not a patch on the Turks head further up would never stay here ever again not very clean and one member of bar staff is very rude value for money 1/10

Central in village

Our room was way overpriced for what it was . Room was very dark and run down and had a smell of dampness. The toilet was leaking at the back leaving a large puddle on the floor , shower not functional as temperature uncontrollable , the water was boiling hot and unable to regulate the temperature . We were not given a key to front door so when returning one night we were locked out but luckily our friends had a key to get in .
