Food good

Bed not comfortable(lumpy). No control on bedroom radiator. Towel heater in bathroom did not heat

nice breakfast .

the bedroom was really tired and old with two dead butterfly's stuck on wall . it's obvious the young ladies who ran this establishment tried very hard to keep the place going .the restaurant was lovely and clean and gorgeous also the other bar very pretty and clean . but needs new carpets through out and our toilet seat kept closing on us when we used it .the staff were amazing.

The girl that checked us in and also run the bar & served breakfast! Was really good & friendly, she couldn't have done anything more she was brilliant 👏

Decor and carpets tired and cheerless No heating on in the hotel and bedroom

Room was very comfortable, clean and tidy.

The catering was very limited. Restaurant was not open on 2 of the 5 night we stayed. Breakfast was adequate but limited. Bathroom was very smart but the hot tap 'dodgy' and the walk in shower was wonderful but the thermostat was jammed and too hot. There was never any staff around to report problems

Nice bathroom and that’s about it

I hate the fact it was noisy at night with pub underneath and also a green light on the ceiling which lights the whole room at night time is so annoying I had a very unsettled sleep

Good breakfast, good location in the centre of Rothbury.
