Zu viele Spinnen und Spinnweben. Die Dusche konnte nicht richtig reguliert werden. Die Dusche war zu heiß.

Was OK,

We struggled with so many stairs,

Everything was as expected!

Good location and breakfast.

Rather tired. Shower non-adjustabke temperature. Also covered in black mould: a pet hate of mine. Window sill dirty and damaged.

Friendly staff and bed were comfortable.

The bikes where stored in a yard full of rubbish 🗑 and couldn't really get moved. We locked them up didn't feel save leaving them in an unlocked gated yard. The carpet was dirty and smelt bad. The shower was dirty also.

I liked the beds/bedding. I liked the friendly staff.

1. I couldn't take a shower because the temperature on the shower, the knob wouldn't turn. So the water was scolding hot. We had 2 rooms, and my daughter reported the same in her room. We had rooms 4 and 9. There were 4 adults and 2 children. This isn't very good at all. We had no way of washing ourselves as there were no flannels to have a strip wash in the sink. I reported this to a staff member who informed me they know about the problem and the company are trying to fix the problem. 2. On entering the stairs to climb to room 9, you are met with a very bad smell of damp. The carpet at the top of the stairs has a very bad stain as if water had penetrated through it. 3. Windows are hard to open and close. I understand about the old windows, etc, but for health and safety reasons, I don't know how the hotel passed on their window issue. 4. My evening meal arrived, and the 1/2 roast chicken arrived over done. I reported to the waitress who took the chicken away. I didn't order a new meal as it took a very, very long time for our food to be cooked. 5. There is not a lot of parking on site. First come, first served.

The rooms were nice, few holes in the roof here and there. Went to get a shower and the options were red hot or red hot!

I didn’t like the breakfast, beans were cold, cup of tea was cold. I was disappointed with how much is cost.
