"A very nice place to stay but the WiFi was a big disappointment."

8.0

Very good breakfast and dinner. My Caesar salad salad was lovely - it was supposed to be a starter and it was too big to eat it all! I liked the fact that with some items on the menu you could choose between starter and main. The room was spacious and comfortable with a very clean bathroom and a great shower. The bed was big enough for four - but there were only two of us! Lots of parking. Nice swimming pool.

The WiFi in the bedroom was awful - gave up trying to use it. It might have been better downstairs but I didn't try it.

"Lovely hotel and area but too noisy"

The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great Room was great

It is now a family hotel. As we look after grandkids during the week we went for a chilled relaxing break. There is nowhere that is adult only and that includes the pool and spa area

"Upsetting and dissapointing."

1.0

I am not one for complaining but I was actually upset leaving the hotel. I will never ever be back there homestly would give me ptsd. Booked for my motherโ€™s 70th.

I am disgraced at paying the money I paid for here. Just back from London for two nights which was cheaper same facilities but better service and cleaner and not crammed full. The sheets in a hotel that is meant to be high end were unfortunately not clean. There were stains and smells from previous occupants, I was mortified and apologised to my mum a few times about the whole experience, did not want her thinking I thought it was appropriate. To have to Que for nearly 15 minutes for breakfast that was booked in whatโ€™s meant to be a high end hotel is disgraceful, we have a small child as did a lot of people itโ€™s just not appropriate when you pay the price. We stayed back at Easter though Iโ€™m only reviewing now as Iโ€™ve stayed in hotels since and I just feel people need to be made aware of what way itโ€™s run because I realise itโ€™s not just me being disappointed, Iโ€™m easily pleased and also worked in a hotel so understand how hard it can be but staying in london at the weekend has made me realise it needs said. The reception was a cattle market, Good hotels make you feel like no one is there. there would normally be a few places to sit or get away, there was nothing just multiple sofas in one crammed reception area and people clambering over each other to get checked out. No room in fratellis either. Food was good in the other bar though!

"We thought the hotel had good facilities but were very much put off by the amount of children"

9.0

Food was excellent. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast. We also enjoyed our dinner.

We didn't like the fact that the hotel now caters for young families and certaintly wasn't the relaxing stay that we had hoped for.
