Beautiful mansion situated on a large peaceful property-a wonderful place to spend time. Restaurant and pub are in the building as well as a comfy lounge to relax in. Bathroom was large with a claw foot tub and separate shower. The room was very spacious as well with views of the lake on the property.

Wish we had more time! Only spent one night as it was the end of our trip and stayed here as it is a 25 minute uber/taxi ride to London Heathrow. Next time two night minimum!

Location was great.

Rats….. there was a decapitated rat out side the door to my room and another by the nadjacent room. Rats in the ceiling, scurrying around all night, kept awake. Not a restful nights sleep. For star level, no fridge or water in the room.
