Generally the hotel was OK, the rooms were adequate for our needs. Did not need the rather fancy folding of towels etc, rather the effort put into other things.

One of the rooms did not have hot water for the shower and no alternative was offered, this was not very satisfactory. No apology for this was offered on check out. Was not comfortable with no staff being on site overnight in case of emergency

Comfortable and spotlessly clean.

There was a loud noise every two minutes that sounded like a drill. I had to wear earpods and music to drown out the noise. Not the best.

Perfect position for Grantham town, staff very helpful also has a car parking.

A good sized shower but the on suite is very small, no hooks or shelves to utilise towels.
