Hotel Münzgasse - Self Check-in

Mitten in der Stadt sehr geräumige Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Je nach Zimmer Sicht auf die Reuss. Es hat einen Wasserkocher und eine Minibar.

Zum wiederholten Mal klappte das Check in nicht auf Anhieb. Es kommt dann schon jemand und hilft oder man kann telefonieren. Ich würde es begrüssen wenn der Check in jedes Mal reibungslos klappt. Manchmal kommt man ja auch sehr spät abends an und dann möchte man einfach ins Bett. Dieses Mal hatte ich sehr laute Nachbarn und musste dann um 01.30 Uhr um Ruhe bitten. hier wäre es von Vorteil, eine Hausordnung liegt in jedem Zimmer auf. Es hat Touristen aber auch Geschäftsleute die schlafen wollen.

Het hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie. Parkeergarage vlak bij. Fijn met waterkoker en koelkastje op de kamer.

Het was wat warm op de kamer en het raam open zorgde voor wat meer geluid vanaf het water.

Nice, brand new and very decorated room. Shower was very good and location is close to the train station and/or restaurants.

Location is very central to the bridge, shopping and restaurants. Close enough to walk from train station, although dragging luggage it was a bit difficult over the uneven streets. The room was huge, the bunk bed mattresses were thick and the bathroom was lovely. I appreciate the vanity area to get ready being away from the shower and toilet (although having a separate room altogether would have been ideal since it’s a family suite and not all family showers in front of each other!)

No one answered the buzzer to take our luggage, so we had to pay a service to leave it with them. This significantly increased the cost so something for families to consider.
