The staff were very caring and attentive. They tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

The noise from an open mining site opposite the hotel was unacceptable. This together with the continuous noise of trucks passing night and say us unbearable.

everything was excellent

beautiful architecture and finishings, very friendly staff, comfortable beds and rooms, beautiful pool and details throughout.

wifi didn’t work for the entire time we were there. surrounding houses/ fincas are close and party loud and late into the night. extra charge for morning coffee (and no coffee in rooms). restaurant food not great. all of these things might be ok at a hotel 1/3 this price, but leaves one feeling the price paid wasn’t comparable to the value.

The location is hidden right along a river and provided a great getaway providing am exclusive view of the surrounding nature accompanied by an infinity pool with restaurant and bar.

The excavation that was going on outside the property along the river does caused a stir during the day. Also, the private jacuzzi didn’t have any hot water, clarifying this in the room description would be helpful.

I loved the attention of detail they had with the guests. Staff was very attentive on your needs. Food is amazing and fresh!!! The view is absolutely amazing!! The location is a little tedious, given its name (hidden refuge). It's located about 25 minutes from the actual town of Santa Fe.

The neighboring farms made it difficult to sleep due to music being played until late/early morning.
