Amazing everything

I had the room with a private pool . Very clean room .

The 10 minute bumpy road . Was still worth it

Architecture and decoration, ambience, nice job. Staff friendly.

Staff very friendly but not well prepared for the job. Food definitely needs to be improved. Music: even if I was promised to get nice “ambience” background music, things turned wild! From 11 am to 5:30 pm Saturday 20th January, only excessively loud “reguetón” was on the list. My iPhone measured above 95 dB at 10 meters from speakers! My petition to lower the music and put something else was not attended! About 10 younger local couples were enjoying the music with higher doses of alcoholic drinks. This is not acceptable. I think the hotel was also trying to compensate with the music the loud music of the neighbours. Awful!! The aggregates quarry operating at just 50 m away was also noisy. Maybe also the owner instructed the staff to compensate this. For me I prefer the noise of the quarry than the loud, awful and irrespectfull reguetón music. (The preferred music of the drug lords that we inherited in this beautiful Country). A lovely paradise spoiled! Sad. Please (Santiago) take action. Best

Everything was great. The food was amazing and the crew are on top of their game. We will definitely come back.

Not much, only the massage I got at the Spa

The food was very limited, not much variaty. Disturbing noices of a stone factory nearby. A very unpleasant and tense atmosphere,, any small changes in food was charged extra and needed approval of management. Example: they had eggs in combination with sausages and avocado bread and or arepa. However if you wanted eggs only with arepa, or any other combination , this needed approval of management, which was pretty annoying. It felt a little like a disciplinary institute instead of a relaxed hotel.....

The food and the drinks are way overpriced, and the fact that the property is on a dirt road and around 1 hour away from town, you are a prisoner to the high prices!
