That the breakfast didn’t include coffee or juice. Kinda seemed like once you are there they nickel and dime you for things that you want because it’s a pain to get to things outside of the property.

Everything very clean and organized.

I booked here Sunday night. Right after dinner I followed my gps to the address. It put me in area of San Nicolas. I drove around for a hour looking for it but couldn’t find it. I reached out to the hotel but they didn’t answer there phone. I asked door people at nearby properties none of them heard of it. I got frustrated drove home. They refuse to refund the money on two rooms. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m not even sure if it exists. They are heartless. That don’t answer phone. Not emails when you need them.

This is a very nice property. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The quality of the restaurant food was excellent. Breakfast was a la carte and not included but there was a variety of options. The pool area was well maintained and comfortable. Our room was clean, large and the bed was comfortable.

I have a couple complaints regarding the hotels lack of communication skills. First, directions provided to the property was a street address. When we arrived at the address it was a gated community with a different name and absolutely no signage for the hotel. There was no guard at the entrance to answer questions or open the gate. I texted the hotel and did not receive a prompt response. During our wait for a response a random guy on a motorcycle arrived and confirmed that yes the hotel was at this location. He was kind enough to let us in and give us directions to the property. We were already in the parking lot by the time reception responded to my text. Second, two days before arrival (a week after the opportunity to cancel the reservations without a fee) the hotel contacted me. The purpose of the call was to make me aware that there is a rock extraction "project" going on "nearby" and there could be some intermittent noise during the day. The truth is that a company is excavating a couple kilometers of riverfront directly across the road from the hotel. The excavation work started loudly at 6am and continued until 5pm. All day. Not here and there. A quiet day by the pool is not possible. I feel bad for the hotel. Its a nice property but because their lack of communication and the all day extraction noise I will not refer my friends there or return any time soon.

It was okay but too expensive

Too much noise externally trucks and rock machines ruined the peaceful atmosphere during the day.

Very beautiful hotel, everything was new. The swimming pool was beautiful and the suite room with private swimming pool very confortable.

A bit expensive, and we needed to use a dirty road during 15 minutes to go there. And it's a bit crazy how the staff counted everything with us, even the towels in the room during the check-in.
