Great place to relax and spend time with someone special beautiful rooms the pool is amazing and the food .I stayed at the room with pool beautiful setting love the shower outside amazing experience will definitely go back thanks to all the staff for making the experience memorable.also did a romantic dinner beautiful set up w message and candles.

I liked the decor and style and also very nice staff.

I didn’t like the location. 20 minutes away from Sta Fe de Antioquia and the road was dirt.

The plants and surroundings let you feel like in Bali! The service team was excellent and the size of the property was just right and get cozy.

The location is a little far away from main streets.

Staff were fabulous and the room was clean and lovely, however, there was a mining site just outside the property which meant that you could hear drills from 6am to 6pm and large trucks drove past every 10 minutes. The noise prevented any relaxation and was awful. Also, the extras were outrageously expensive and on par with a 5 star hotel - which it certainly was not. Stay away

The hotel is beautiful, they did a very good job with the rooms, the cabins, pool and overall decoration. The staff is very friendly. The food is good and the cocktails and the bartender are outstanding.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend nor would I come back there. They built the hotel right next to a road where trucks, cars and motos just go in and out, it is VERY noisy, in the room as well as outside by the pool, meaning you cannot relax. If you sleep in the cabin next to the road your bed literally shakes when a truck passes by... It makes the whole experience very different and now the hotel loses all the luxury, and I felt like it wasn't worth the money AT ALL. On top of that next to it are a few fincas that people go to party every weekend so the music is loud until 5 am... Overall I am very disappointed with the stay because it is an expensive hotel and you go there to relax, and we didn't sleep good at all, at night we felt like we just were in whatever motel next to roads and discos... If the hotel was half the price I guess it would be ok... Other thing I would change: - they don't have a sweet option for breakfast - they put loud music in the afternoon and night I guess so that we don't hear the rest but it changes the feel of the hotel, and it's not comfortable to have dinner with such loud music.
