Eine sehr herzliche Atmosphäre. Man fühlte sich von der erste Sekunde sofort sehr wohl. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gut. Die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit

De wandeling naar de waterval

Dertig Euro aan energiekosten moesten we extra betalen bij het uitchecken. Was van te voren niet gezegd en stond ook niet op ons boekingsformulier. We verbleven hier half april drie nachten. We hebben op onze reis door Duitsland nog vijf andere hotels bezocht en nergens was er sprake van energietoeslag. DIt "hele nette hotel met uiterst vriendelijk personeel" probeert er een slaatje uit te slaan.

Top-Frühstück. Ausgesprochen lecker, guter Service, frische Eierspeisen… Wunderschönes Flusstal im Wald direkt hinter dem Hotel.

Es wurden extra 10 € ‚Energiezuschlag‘ berechnet. Das ist in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt und sollte v o r der Buchung bekannt sein und über Booking kommuniziert werden.
