Great location and place , excellent housekeeping, very clean inside and outside. Nice good breakfast had a plenty of options ,serve with a fresh foods and fresh fruits. Friendly and helpful staff. Accessible by transport, the bus stop just infront of the hotel and nice local Restaurant.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm: Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und vielfältig.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Schwarzwaldhotel Sonne in Baden-Baden über Booking gebucht und bereits im Voraus bezahlt. Beim Check-out wurde ich jedoch überraschend aufgefordert, einen zusätzlichen Energiezuschlag von 5 € pro Person und Tag zu zahlen. Dieser Zuschlag war bei der Buchung weder klar ersichtlich noch transparent kommuniziert. Auf meine Nachfrage hin habe ich um eine entsprechende Rechnung gebeten. Daraufhin wurde schließlich auf die zusätzliche Zahlung verzichtet. Dieser Vorgang hinterlässt leider einen etwas unangenehmen Eindruck, da solche Kosten im Vorfeld klar angegeben werden sollten.

La disposición del personal fue excelente y la relación calidad/precio inmejorable. Por eso hemos repetido estancia. La ubicación muy buena para moverse en los alrededores de la Selva Negra y Baden-Baden. El desayuno buenísimo, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Altamente recomendable!
