Rondador Cotopaxi

Breakfast was included with the stay and we were able to pick out of a few options. Our room was large and extremely comfortable. Felt right at home! The staff went above and beyond to help us and accommodate us with anything. 11/10 would recommend!

Everything! This place was spectacular. Friendly host, clean lodging, and very close to Cotopaxi National Park.

It was great staying at Rondador Cotopaxi. The location is great, with a beautiful view on the volcano and very conveniently located when going on tours but also when travelling by bus. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious.

Nothing it was excellent. The llamas were adorable.

The hostal is very well located, clean and with ann extremely friendly stuff. They also offer trip up to the Coopaxi in th early hours when there is still good view on the volcane.

Charming place with fireplace, comfortable and nice views. There were some farm animals, lamas and dogs all very friendly. Restaurant with good coffee. Staff was helpful and found me a very knowledgeable and friendly guide to take me to up to Cotopaxi. Also they arranged with him to drop me afterwards, on the bus stop to go to Baños. All went well.

If you are thinking about going to Cotopaxi please stay here! We have been travelling for 2 months and this was our favourite place! You instantly feel at home when you enter, the fire on and it’s so cosy. The rooms are so clean and inviting and the food is great. Especially the pesto pasta (huge portions) also the best hot choc ever! The staff are lovely and even dropped us off in Latacunga. Such good value for money, we did not want to leave

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make your visit memorable. The food is absolutely delicious, a true highlight of the experience. The location is perfect for exploring the stunning surroundings of Cotopaxi, with breathtaking direct views of the volcano. It’s an ideal base for adventurers looking to immerse themselves in nature without compromising on comfort. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation with an on-site restaurant, fireplace, cozy lounge area, garden with animals, etc.; top location on the road to the national park; very friendly and helpful staff, who are also helpful in booking excursions; very good a la carte breakfast is included; restaurant is also good and offers lunch and dinner;

Cotopaxi National Park and everthing around is quite touristy and therefore somewhat pricey;
