The hotel was in a perfect location and had everything we needed for a one night stay.. Sonia and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable.

"excellent luxurious stay in a quiet, pretty town"

everything! such a luxurious room with very comfy bed with great furnishings. super spacious room with a great shower. great views from the terrazza. attached restaurant had probably the best mojo we had in the islas canarias and the breakfast was WOW. fresh OJ great vegan cortado, so much food with the option to pack the rest for lunch!

Sonia is the most friendly and kind person. We arrived late and she kept some food for us. We had a lovely balcony to sit on. Excellent bus links to Chipude. Great breakfast too.

This is our 3rd time staying in Hotel Sonia. It is a small family run hotel with a bar and restaurant. We were very well looked after by all the family. It is a great base for hiking. We plan to return again next year.

"Cosy and friendly hotel in an an excellent location for hiking"

Great value for money. Very friendly staff. Our stay included the one day off for the owner (Sonia) but she ensured that we could still have dinner in the restaurant. And she gave us a packed breakfast for the day we left because we had an early checkout: again very thoughtful.

The hotel WiFi was temporarily down ( not Sonia’s fault!)

"Ok stay"

I came here after I went away in a previous hotel because I was harassed there. It was good to be in another place where I could arrive and feel safe again. A very nice lady has welcomed me, nice food, overall happy

I didn’t like the fact that 10 minutes after I left 8 got a WhatsApp message of one of the personnel members. He wanted to stay in contact and gave me his phone number. While we just spoke for a couple of minutes. That for one was already over the line. But then at least I could decide for myself if I wanted to stay in contact or not. But 10 minutes after I left I got a text message because obviously my details were available through check-in. That was for me not acceptable. This is misuse of gdpr information and not everybody likes this kind of behavior as well. I am a woman traveling alone and people should be aware of boundaries
