Regina Hotel

For the price the location was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked anything better from location side.

Breakfast could have veen better, staff forgot my coffee order 🤔, nobody to direct you to the tabel and nobody to explain how the breakfast service or the menu work.

Location was beautiful. Hotel was fantastic.

I only liked the view that was the only fascinating thing

I mean I was at least hoping that the staff will actually open the windows before our arrival to get some fresh air in as the room was very smelly . We had a surprise at night as well hearing squeaking mice and actually hearing them through the wall eating the wall , awful The staff I mean what I can say apart from the not so surprised face when I told them about the mice and the second one laughing like I said something abnormal there’s nothing to say First of all when I checked in the lady didn’t even put the key on the system had to walk all the way to the room which was far away and back for her to laugh and say “oh hahah I was supposed to add the key in the system “ At the breakfast I have ordered toast with eggs and I got myself a bowl of yogurt with oats when the lady brought me my toast her face shocked me like I had to ask for permission to eat the yogurt first Asking me if she should take the toast back “no lady it’s part of my diet “ I mean what is this manners how can you make a face like that to the guests I don’t need to ask for permission how to eat and what to eat first No asking even how was our stay or anything Basically they couldn’t care less of whatever is happening If you want a good view with a stinky room definitely the right place to choose

Great location. We had a sea view room which had a lovely view of the harbour. Every member of staff we met including the lady at the bar had excellent customer service manners and it was good value for money.

Our room 209 got very very hot at night but a fan was provided in the room which did help. It was quite noisy at night but then being a lively sea side town you have to expect that. We would still definitely stay again
