Orange Tree

We stayed for 2 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. We received a warm welcome and all staff were efficient displaying a comfortable level of friendliness. The room we had was delightful, spacious and spotlessly clean. We would defiantly stay again next time we are in the area.

Super little hotel. Stayed there several times and is now our 'go to' hotel, whether we're staying around Richmond or if we are busy in central London. It is so well situated - just a stone's throw from Richmond station with excellent links into London (or towards Windsor, etc). We had a fantastic twin room on the first floor, spacious, clean and fresh with all the amenities one needs and honesty bar. This room had a walk in shower which was preferable for us (we have had rooms with a bath, equally nice). Bathroom was spotless with good, full sized bottles of toiletries and nice, good sized bath towels! Though the hotel is over the pub, you can't really hear pub noises and it's no bother. All the staff are excellent - very welcoming, super helpful and friendly and very accommodating. A pleasure to deal with. We always enjoy our stays there and look forward to the next one in the not too distant future. Thank you to all at the Orange Tree
