Everything great location excellent staff

everything that ine can ask for , close to the train, generous rooms, fun location…

Our room faced the street and the noise of the street was tolerable but not enjoyable. Not sure how is in summer when is the garden underneath more frequented.

Quite noisy in the bar but that because it was busy which is a good sign - room was quite though

We had a very easy and relaxing stay here. The well decorated room was a good size and I appreciated the bath. The room was quiet and very good value. Location was great as very close to trains, tube and buses.

Der Mitarbeiter der mich spät eingerückt hat war zwar nett aber so kompliziert das war mir sehr anstrengend er hatte so Panik das ich wegen fehlender Kreditkarte was konsumiere oder so keine Ahnung und sollte nix anfassen und das bei 200 Pfund für 5 Std 🤢

Beautifully appointed, spacious room, location and building. Breakfast was also lovely.

Our shower was clogged, I mentioned it once, nothing was done. There was a really loud sound the whole night coming from outside, I think it might’ve been a loose roof tile. Kept us up most of the trip, I mentioned it to the staff but nothing was done about it. For the price you pay I expected more action to be taken.
