Friendly staff. Great location to first pier

Not free parking. Parking permit but no room. Twice tried to park with no access. Paid 12 quid for the day at alternative parking. Plenty of empty houses / hotels around accommodation

"Brilliant hotel A+"

We were in room 118 which overlooks the road, it was a huge room, much larger than we expected, 3 beds, a massive bath with a large waterfall shower head. Hot water I Instantly. Everything was clean, the towels and sheets were boil wash clean. We were greeted by the manager who was very polite and made us feel welcome.

Nothing comes to mind when you consider the value for money, we've paid twice as much in Grear Yarmouth for much less. If we were to make a minor gripe it would be that the beds were on the firmer side but that's a personal preference, they were still comfortable.
