The hotel run down needs a lick of paint and rooms need updating lots of little jobs need addressing.

Very old left No Room cleaning , they don’t clean anything only tidy bed , I pay £50 for night which is too expensive for not providing a good service No heating at all during the night even though I have newborn baby,we were really cold ,they only turned the heating last hour before we leave which is not needed! Shower is too high and you can’t control, it’s steady , hot water takes ages to be warm , Not recommended at all Costumer service was really bad they hardly smile They only provide water first night , then second day they say to you , you have to buy you own water,

Really great value for the money, unbeatable location, clean, nice staff, can't go wrong. Not the swankiest, sure, don't come here if you want to impress but a great little place to bed down in Yarmouth.

Went on four day break with.Leons, had a excellent time. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The staff all through the hotel were friendly and helpful. We had two nights entertainment which everyone enjoyed. This holiday was superb value for what it cost..We would certainly go again.

No breakfast but there are places to eat in nearby so it’s not a problem. The room is pleasantly clean, well stocked with tea and coffee facilities. The TV works very well, the bed is extremely comfortable and the rainfall shower is always welcome!

The WiFi is very disappointing. When I use my phone, it keeps going back to 5G so I am using my data too often. The WiFi works for a while then can be very sluggish in the evening until the morning.
