They had no room key so had to find a senior member of staff every time I went out to let me back in

Had a great stay, food and drinks were excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very reasonably priced.

Mens toilets in the bar smelled a little and lot of water on the floor.

The staff were very friendly. The lady who checked me in insisted on carrying one of my bags and showing me to my room. The room was very comfortable and food in restaurant was great. Also parking was easy

"Expensive for what you got."

Location

There was a kitchen extractor fan literally outside bedroom 5 window and activated around 06:30 and stayed on thru passed 21:00. There rear stairwell leading to upstairs bedrooms had a strong odour and carpet was pretty grubby. There was thick dust evident in this area too. The "EXIT" sign in bedroom 5 was a bright green and made sleeping difficult ( too bright ). Price did not reflect the standard. Lastly, the bedroom carpet needed a proper vacuum / clean and the bathroom sink had a crack in it. And only one ceiling light worked.

"Excellent"

The hotel was lovely clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful

The tv in the room didnt have a good reception but reported the problem and staff were going to look into it. The bathroom was nice but shower small and very small sink stuck in a corner
