All staff lovely and accommodating, made the stay great! Went the extra mile for our little dog and had vegan options on. Bar was friendly and welcoming too, both the locals and staff. Gardens were well kept and the location is great. Beds comfy and clean.

The rooms are a bit run down, quite a bit of dust and cobwebs lurking about too. The rooms needed a good scrub from top to bottom. The bedding and bathroom were clean which is the most important for us.
