The third person named by the parents must present their written authorization (certified signature). Please note that the credit card used to book must be present upon arrival. Please note that payment is made upon arrival. An electric car charging point is available at the property for guests to use for GBP 15. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of GBP 10 per dog per stay, and are only allowed in the 'Superior Double Suite' and the 'Superior Twin Suite'. Our leisure facilities are available to all guests during their stay here. If you wish to use our heated pool, sauna and steam room, please visit reception where we will provide you with a towel and kindly ask you to sign in to the facilities. Opening times: Monday -- Friday: 6 AM -- 4 PM Saturday & Sunday: 6 AM -- 9 PMPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
